Roadrunner Transportation Package:

My first task as an OPG intern was to recreate the roadrunner transportation package using CAD software. The roadrunner is an old transportation package that was designed using 2D technical drawings. There is over 100 part, and assembly drawings used to build the entire package. My job was to interpret the drawings and recreate them using SolidWorks for visual representation. The final assembly file contained over 1000 individual pieces. I became an expert with SolidWorks software and significantly improved my abilities to read and create technical drawings.
